Good localisation.
Rooms are old, carpet stinks, old furniture, uncomfortable bed, no Internet in the rooms... I do not recommand this hotel, moreover rather expensive compared to others.

Good location and a free parking, free wi-fi, great breakfast. A bit old furniture, but a clean room.

We have chosen to stay at the Hotel Parc on our way home to the Czech Republic. I had booked it easily just a day before arrival at Booked.net due to several reasons, i.e. price, location, air-conditioners in every room (as written in the description) and a guided parking. Upon arrival we were placed in a room that looked very good. As it was unbearably hot we tried to switch on the air-conditioner but it did not work. A person at the reception promised to help. Just in 5 minutes she called us back and offered us a much better room with a terrace and a wonderful view for the same price! I want to thank Olga Odobescu (the person at the reception) for her efficiency and professionalism.
It is visible that the hotel was built more than 20 years ago. It looks outdated and needs more investment.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. The only problem was a bit of bad plumbing in the bathroom. Every morning a nice breakfast and a good restaurant for you evening meals.

The personnel is very polite and willing to satisfy the clients. The price is very good compared to what the hotel offers.
The furniture from the room, carpets, bathroom tiles - very old and not in such a good condition. The temperature in the lobby and halls is too low.

Central location.
The rooms look like there was no renovation since the 70s there. The wind is blowing through windows with no real isolation. Water at the shower in the morning was luck-warm not hot, etc.

It's perfect value for money, a good restaurant, and a great location.
There isn't any WiFi in the rooms from the second floor on.

Our stay was terrible, we moved out after two nights. The room was dirty with old, poor decoration. The bedding did not fit the low large bed and the curtains didn'nt fit the window. We had no choice of breakfast, we were toild that we would have ham and eggs, it was poorly cooked and only warm.

An older hotel ideally situated a few meters from city center, and a short tram ride from station. No maps at station so take number 1 or 6 and get off at the last stop on the grass, walk Towards the river. The hotel is quiet, and the staff kindly turned off some laoud music at breakfasst.
A bit faded. Could use paint and polish and a Rug clean in public spaces.

Free parking
There is no way this hotel has 3 stars ... this is 1 star hotel with bath in the room: furniture is from 1980, wardrobe doors were fixed with paper, the bed sheets & the towels were yellow (very very old), free internet only in the lobby ... I will never-ever use this hotel again ... better sleep in my car

Good restaurant, kids playground.
Dirty carpet in the rooms, and overall cleanliness. Also the room was modernized, they say, but it was not (old windows, old door, aged bathroom).

Probably the cheapest central hotel now, so you get what you pay for. It's a 1970s monster not recently refurbished, but rooms are fine, especially if you like "period" furniture, staff are helpful and the breakfast very good: usually a buffet, but when numbers are low it is cooked to order. It's in a good location by the river, 5 minutes walk from the main street and tram stop. Free wifi internet in rooms.
Hot water may be erratic; mine was fine but a friend down the corridor had mostly luke-warm in his. Only a few rooms appear to have air-con, could be a minus in the hot Banat summer. Rooms are not serviced every day and mine had an interesting array of squashed mosquitos on the walls. Otherwise clean though, so OK for backpackers, but maybe not a place to impress a loved one, unless he/she is a keen entomologist...

The stuff is frieindly and try to help in any way they can. Good location near the river ,no noise. Plenty of parking space free but not guarded. Good breakfast , good internet wireless conection ( free)
